Where will my jobs be posted? Back to Top
Prior to posting your job our team will assess your requirement to recommend sites that are most likely to maximize results and minimize costs. Your position will be posted on all of the major job boards (e.g.: Monster, CareerBuilder, Hotjobs)and, when appropriate on a specialty site such as Dice or Jobs in the money at no additional cost. With access to a media library of more than 10,000 job posting sites, many free, we’re able to post your job more broadly to give you greater visibility. Some specialty sites incur additional costs, which will be communicated to you in advance.

What if I want to attract diversity candidates? Back to Top
Whether you have to meet EEO commitments or simply want to ensure that you are attracting as diverse a workforce as possible, our team will help guide you to the best choices for your particular job. While some diversity sites are free, others do incur an additional charge.

How will YourLeap improve my chances to identify new talent? Back to Top
YourLeap improves your chances in two ways, by expanding the number of potential candidates and by quickly assessing resumes to identify matches. First, while you may search one or even a couple of sites for candidates, we search over 200 sites as well as our own proprietary database. We also have access to a library of more than 10,000 job posting sites and the analysis needed to determine which one are the best to use for each job title and location. Second, posting, searching and reviewing resumes is what we do all day long. Our job is to quickly and accurately screen through resumes to identify those that most closely match your key criteria. The faster we get through the resumes, the more likely you are to contact those people before anyone else. All of this means that you will have access to what we call an expanded universe of potential candidates and you’ll get the qualified candidates delivered to you quicker than you would on your own.

Who will review my resume(s)? Back to Top
Resumes are reviewed by a Subject Matter Expert, or “SME” in your field or industry. Each SME is an experienced Human Resource/Staffing professional or Line Manager and has been or is currently responsible for reviewing resumes and hiring. To ensure the quality of your results, YourLeap interviews, tests and conducts reference verifications for each SME. We then provide training to ensure each SME understands YourLeap guidelines and standards for candidate review. Finally, we continually monitor, analyze and rate each SME’s performance. Only those that maintain a high standard of success remain SMEs.

How does YourLeap rank candidates? Back to Top
Our Subject Matter Experts “SMEs” will screen each resume to identify candidates that meet Key criteria (skills, education, location, etc) that you provide to us at the beginning of each search. Once our SMEs identify a match they rank the candidate. You will see this ranking when you visit your Active Candidates on YourLeap.com.

What are the YourLeap ranking? Back to Top
Our recruiters will rank a candidate as:
A - Meets all your requirements, call ASAP
B - Meets most of your requirements, may require some flexibility, review after the A’s
C - Meets few to none of your requirements, no need to review

Can I view the resumes of all candidates that apply to my posting or only those that you refer? Back to Top
You will have access to the resumes of “all” candidates who apply to your posting. However, we’ll identify those who our SMEs feel you should look at first. You may review any resume at any time during your posting life cycle.

What happens to the resumes I don’t use? Back to Top
You’ll have access via YourLeap.com to all resumes attached to your posting for the duration of the posting life-cycle. When the posting expires the resumes are taken down. However, at any point during the life-cycle you may download any and all resumes to your own desktop to keep and use as you see fit.

What if I hire more than one person as a result of the search? Back to Top
This is quite possibly the best part of our service. Hire one, two, three or as many as you like. You still only pay the one fee for the search.

Do you contact candidates? Back to Top

YourLeap contacts all candidates via email or job posting.  We do not telephone contact candidates.   Once a candidate replies to a job posting or to our email correspondence our expert will rank them against your key criteria based on a visual review of the resume, cover letter and additional information provided by the job board or candidate.  After a candidate is ranked YourLeap will forward the candidate to you (via YourLeap.com and/or email at your preference).

What are the benefits of using YourLeap? Back to Top
Perhaps the biggest benefit is that you won’t pay a large contingent search for for a candidate who had their resume on the Internet or would have posted for your job. Additionally:
  • Low Cost to hire
  • Easy to use
  • Quick Results means faster time-to-hire
  • Your Time Valued
  • Increased likelihood of finding the A candidates before they accept other jobs
  • Increased likelihood of hiring the best match
  • No staff/employee overhead
  • Focus on your job

What will my job posting look like? Back to Top
When job seekers view your job posting, they will see the information you provided when you consulted with our staff, including your company information, job title, job description and location.

How will job seekers find my job? Back to Top
When job seekers conduct a job search on a job board, they enter search criteria, such as keywords, job categories and locations. Your posting will contain similar information, which will help the right job seekers find your posting.
When we post your job, we’ll also select a posting location (“Job Search Area”). Job seekers will have an opportunity to select the same location when they conduct a search, ensuring you’re matched with job seekers looking for a job in your area.

How will I receive responses? Back to Top
All posting responses, as well as our search results will be rated and matched to your job in YourLeap.com. Using your username and password, you can access your jobs at any time during the posting life-cycle to view candidates. However, since candidates are ranked by our recruiting team you can focus your review on those resumes that most closely match your job requirements. Remember, all resumes are also available in your job folder.
At your choosing, YourLeap can send you an email notification each time a candidate is matched to your job. You can receive notifications for all activity or only for those candidates who most closely match your requirements.
Does YourLeap have a Privacy Policy? Back to Top
Yes, YourLeap takes Privacy very seriously and we have strong Privacy Policy. Additionally, YourLeap shares our Privacy Policy with each SME. To further protect the privacy of candidates and clients we limit access to personal information, such as name, street address, email address, and phone number and each SME signs a Confidentiality Non-Disclosure Agreement.
